There are no cleaning fees for stays of one week (7 nights) or longer and weekend deals. Stays less than 7 nights but not a weekend deal will be charged a pro-rated cleaning fee.

Other Information

Security deposit:
There is a $250.00 (£170*) security deposit that is required for your stay. This is REFUNDABLE after your departure and after a satisfactory inspection by the management company. If there are any problems the management company is always available to help. We will provide you with this information upon your confirmation.

Check-In:
Check-In time is 4PM. For purposes of cleaning, etc., please plan to arrive no earlier than 4PM. If you must Check-In earlier please let us know when you make your reservation. We will try to accommodate your request.

Reservation Confirmation:
Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received. To assure that you get the dates you are interested in we strongly suggest that you pay by credit card or some other means of immediate cash transfer. We cannot hold reservations without a deposit. Reservation deposit is $200 and is non-refundable 12 months before reservation date. Reservation balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
